E-SAFETY BRONZ MADALYAMIZ VE ÇALIŞMALARIMIZ

Okulumuz eTwinning etkinlikleri çerçevesinde Avrupa Okul Ağı “The Safety Label Community” tarafından verilen, okulda güvenli internet kullanımı ile ilgili “E-Safety Bronze Label” (Güvenli İnternet Bronz Etiket) almaya hak kazanmıştır. 

Okulumuz eTwinning etkinlikleri çerçevesinde Avrupa Okul Ağı “The Safety Label Community” tarafından verilen, okulda güvenli internet kullanımı ile ilgili “E-Safety Bronze Label” (Güvenli İnternet Bronz Etiket) almaya hak kazanmıştır.  

Güvenli internet kapsamında gerekli kriterleri yerine getirmiş,ğrencilere e-güvenlik anketi uygulanmış, okul panosu hazırlanmış ve web sitesi ilgili yönergeler doğrultusunda güncellenmiştir.  

Okulumuzun Europan Schoolnet platformuna yaptığı başvuru incelenmiş ve yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, okulumuzun güvenli bir internet ağ alt yapısına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Bunun sonucu olarak da “eSafety Label Bronze” etiketi okulumuza verilmiştir.

GÜVENLİ İNTERNET KULLANIMI VE TEKNOLOJİ BAĞIMLILIĞI SUNUMU (SAFE INTERNE USAGE AND TECHNOLOGY ADDICTION PRESENTATION)

Rehber Öğretmenimiz Yeliz Akyüz ve Bilişim Öğretmenimiz Alişan Yılmaz tarafından öğrencilerimize ve velilerimize egüvenlik ,güvenli teknoloji kullanımı ve teknoloji bağımlılığı ile ilgili anket düzenlenmiş ve anket sonucuna göre ihtiyaçları dahilinde öğrenci ve veli seminer düzenlenmiştir.

A seminar was organized by Yeliz Akyüz and  Alişan Yılmaz for our students and parents on esecurity, safe technology use and technology addiction.

USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND PERSONAL DEVICES(CEP TELEFONU VE KİŞİSELCİHAZLARIN KULLANIMI)

It is forbidden for our students to use personal mobile phones during school hours. When students come to school, they hand over their mobile phones to our administrators and take them back after evening classes are over.

* Those who do not deliver their mobile phones to the administration are subject to the disciplinary provisions of the Regulations on Secondary Education Institutions.

*All students are responsible for the maintenance of their personal devices.

* Our school is not responsible for the health problems and legal responsibilities arising from the use of such devices.

* Our school prevents the loss, theft, and damage of personal mobile phones and all other devices. It takes all necessary measures for its protection, but the responsibility belongs to the person.

* If our school students need to call their parents, they can use school phone under the school administrator's supervision.

*Our students use their personal devices for educational purposes (use of web, Tools, etc.)

Still, must get permission from the school administration.

* Our parents should not meet with their students during school hours. If there is a problem or critical situation parents or students can bring their request to our managers.

* Our students share their mobile phone numbers only with people they trust, and they are aware that they should not share them with people they do not know.

* Employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) should continue their duties by keeping their mobile phones silent or turning them off during class hours.

*If employees (teacher, administrator, staff, etc.) act against the school policy, disciplinary action is initiated.

*Employees of the institution (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) and students can use social media or chat. Students or employees of the institution accept the legal responsibility of any content and messaging they send; any content and messaging that may be inappropriate are immediately shared with the school administration. Necessary precautions are taken to prevent such a situation.

 

E-SECURITY TRAINING:

*By adding the e-security curriculum for students to the relevant courses' annual plans, students are informed about these issues.

* Internet usage of all users is monitored by the data processing unit. This information is communicated to all users.

*Guidance to improve online security in line with our students' needs, our guide teachers practice peer education.

* Students who use technology positively will be rewarded.

*Online security policy will be officially announced to all our employees.

* 10-11 February Safe Internet Day is celebrated in our school. School for this day, we have digital billboard works and share them on our etwinning projects.

 

ONLINE EVENTS AND PROTECTION:

*All members of our school will be informed about online risks. Training will be done, and the contents will be explained.

* Illegal content, security breach, cyberbullying, sexually explicit messaging at our school, Information activities are carried out on issues such as child abuse and personal information security.

*All information about the misuse of the internet, information technologies and equipment in our school complaints will be reported to the school principal.

* All members of our school official school to eliminate privacy and security concerns are informed to act under their rules.

*The school is responsible for taking necessary actions in case of negativity.

*Employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.), parents, and students to solve the problems should move with.

E-SECURITY SCHOOL POLICY and RULES

PURPOSE:

* Private Yükselen College, by doing e-security studies, when using boards, computers, laptops, and cell phones; aims to protect students, parents, and teachers

*As the internet and technology are an essential part of life, everyone

Awareness should be raised about learning management and strategy development methods.

*Our policy is prepared for administrators, teachers, parents, all staff and students

And it is valid for internet access and use of information communication devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Contributing to the development of e-security policies.

*Taking responsibility for professional development in the positive learning phase.

*Taking responsibility for e-security to protect the school and its insiders.

*Using technology safely and responsibly.

* In case of damage, observing the danger and conveying it to the relevant units.

SCHOOL WEBSITE:

*As Private Yukselen College, our school's address on our website,

telephone, fax, and e-mail addresses information.

* All content published on our site is informed after the approval of our school principal.

It is put on the site by the processing unit.

* Our school website is under the responsibility of our IT department and

precautions have been taken.

* Student works are published with the permission of their parents.

SHARING IMAGES AND VIDEOS:

*All photos and videos shared must be approved by the school administration under the school policy and shared with approval.

*Parents' permissions are taken for all student-related posts.

* A photograph of the student is not taken and used without the permission of the parents.

USERS:

*Before a video to be prepared by the students, those students who take part should get permission from their teachers.

*Parents' permissions must be obtained prior to the event for all student-based shared activities.

*Video conference will be done through official and approved sites.

* Users, in their personal social media accounts, where students and employees of the school

cannot share images without their school authorities' approval.

CONTENT:

*During video conferencing, it will be held over the sites where all users can participate.

*Communication with other schools must be established prior to video conferencing.

* All content that concerns / involve school students and staff can only be controlled, and

after going through the approval processes, it will be open to sharing.

SAFE USE OF THE INTERNET AND DEVICES:

* Internet; while it has become one of the most important tools to access information,

we provide our students and teachers with the right information in the safest way by associating it with the curriculum.

* We have integrated our internet access according to the age and abilities of our students

*In accordance with our policy of using all our school information devices, we have made them safe by filtering.

*All our employees, parents, and students are informed about effective and efficient online materials.

* E-security and cyberbullying issues are included in the annual plans of specific courses; the transfer of information to students on these issues continues throughout the year.

*Online materials are an essential part of teaching and learning and can be used actively within the curriculum.

 

E-GÜVENLİK ÖĞRENCİ ÇALIŞTAYI ( E-SAFETY STUDENTS WORKSHOP)

Öğrencilerimizde egüvenligin önemine dikkat çekmek ve farkındalık yaratmak amacıyla Harun Hanefioğlu tarafından etwinning projeleri kapsamında online öğrenci çalıştayları düzenlendi.

In order to draw attention to the importance of eSafety in our students and to raise awareness, online student workshops were organized by Harun Hanefioğlu within the scope of etwinning projects.
